A story is directly tied to its setting, and I aim to showcase the intimate human connection to these magnificent environments by utilizing extra wide, wide, and close-up shots. Storytelling ultimately lies at the heart of my work, and each shot is handled with care. In post-production, I focus on color grading and building narrative-centered sequences to craft immersive stories that spark wonder, awe, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors. The degree of amazement inspired by the athletic performances is perhaps only comparable to the insane locations they occur in. By sharing these stories, I hope to highlight the mundane beauty of the natural world and the joyous thrill of outdoor adventure. My films are a tribute to pushing boundaries – both human and geographic – and a reminder of our relationship to the landscapes that inspire us.
